REFUND POLICY
Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions for services purchased from Teraforge Digital Lab LLP (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), LLPIN: ACI-3297, GST: 27AAWFT5614R1Z2, through our website www.teraforgedigitallab.com, direct contracts, or any other official communication channel.
By making a payment to us for any service or subscription plan, you agree to this Policy in its entirety. This Policy is part of, and subject to, our Terms & Conditions.
2. GENERAL PRINCIPLE – NO REFUND AFTER PLAN SELECTION
We operate on a strict no-refund policy once a plan or service package has been selected, purchased, and confirmed, except in the limited circumstances outlined in Section 3 of this Policy.
This applies to all:
- One-time project engagements
- Subscription-based “Freedom Plans”
- Retainer arrangements
- Custom development packages
The rationale for this policy is that upon receipt of payment:
- We immediately allocate team members, resources, and schedules to your project.
- Strategic planning, internal coordination, and preparatory work begin right away.
3. EXCEPTION – REFUND DUE TO NON-COMMUNICATION
A refund will be issued only in the following limited scenario:
- If, after payment has been made and confirmed, Teraforge Digital Lab LLP fails to initiate any communication whatsoever with you for a continuous period of 30 calendar days.
3.1 Definition of "No Communication"
For the purposes of this Policy, “no communication” means:
- No project initiation email or kickoff call
- No updates via email, phone, messaging apps, or project management tools
- No attempt to contact you to schedule, plan, or commence work
Note:
- If you, the Client, are non-responsive or fail to reply to our messages, this does not qualify as “no communication” from us.
- Automated payment confirmations or receipts do not constitute “communication” for the purposes of avoiding this clause — communication must be project-related and initiated by us.
4. SATISFACTION & SUBJECTIVE PREFERENCES
While we always strive to deliver work that meets or exceeds your expectations and to bring maximum satisfaction to every Client:
- Dissatisfaction, “not liking” the work, or disagreement with creative direction does not qualify for a refund, provided the deliverables are in line with the agreed-upon scope, specifications, and industry standards.
- Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction when the contractual obligations and service descriptions have been fulfilled.
- Additional revisions or changes to address dissatisfaction may be handled under our Change Request or Revision policies, which may incur additional costs.
5. PROCESS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND
If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 3, you must:
- Submit a written request to contact@teraforgedigitallab.com with:
- Your full name and contact details
- Invoice number and payment receipt
- Date of payment
- Description of the lack of communication
- Allow us 7 business days to review your request and verify whether the criteria are met.
- If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS
Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after plan selection
- Dissatisfaction with design direction or creative output (as covered in Section 4)
- Delays caused by your failure to provide information, approvals, or feedback
- Termination of the project by you for reasons unrelated to our performance
- Disputes over subjective preferences when agreed deliverables were met
7. PLAN DOWNGRADES OR CANCELLATIONS
For Freedom Plans and subscription services:
- You may downgrade or cancel at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No pro-rated refunds are provided for unused time within an active cycle.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through written communication. If unresolved, disputes will be handled per the Governing Law & Jurisdiction clause in our Terms & Conditions.
