While we do not ship physical goods, this Policy has been formulated to ensure transparency, meet regulatory requirements, and provide clarity for all parties engaging with our digital services.

2. NATURE OF OUR DELIVERIES

  • All our deliverables are digital in nature — including, but not limited to, websites, software applications, design assets, marketing campaigns, content, and reports.
  • No tangible, physical items will be shipped to any postal address.
  • Delivery is executed electronically through email, cloud storage links, access to credentials or code base, or project management and communication services.

3. SERVICE DELIVERY TIMELINES

3.1 Standard Turnaround

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope, complexity, and customization requirements of the project.
  • Estimated delivery timelines will be shared in the Project Proposal, Service Agreement, or Order Confirmation.

3.2 Factors Affecting Delivery

Delivery timelines may be impacted by:

  • Client responsiveness in providing content, approvals, and feedback
  • Scope changes or additional feature requests during the project
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, internet outages, or other unforeseen disruptions

Note: Delays caused by the client’s non-responsiveness do not qualify for compensation or refunds.

4. DELIVERY PROCESS

  1. Confirmation of Order
    • Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your service purchase and the next steps.
  2. Project Initiation
    • A dedicated project manager (or equivalent point of contact) will be assigned.
    • Project initiation may include requirement gathering, onboarding calls, and technical assessments.
  3. Work Execution
    • Our team will execute the work according to the agreed scope, milestones, and timelines.
  4. Delivery of Final Output
    • Final deliverables will be shared via secure digital means (e.g., password-protected links, private repositories, or approved collaboration tools).
    • In case of website or software projects, delivery may include direct deployment to the client’s hosting environment or sharing of the codebase to the agreed upon way.

5. INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS

  • Our delivery process remains identical for both domestic (India) and international clients.
  • Time zone differences will be managed proactively to ensure smooth communication.

6. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • A delivery is considered complete once the final agreed deliverables have been handed over via electronic means and acknowledged by the client in writing (email or project portal confirmation).
  • If no written acknowledgment is received within 7 business days of delivery, the service will be deemed accepted by default.

7. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Unforeseen technical issues beyond our control
  • Changes requested by the client during the project
  • Events classified as “force majeure,” including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, pandemics, and major internet infrastructure failures

8. NON-DELIVERY DISPUTES

In the rare event of a dispute regarding non-delivery:

  1. The client must notify us in writing at contact@teraforgedigitallab.com within 7 calendar days from the expected delivery date.
  2. We will investigate the matter internally and provide a resolution within 10 business days.
